Hello everyone! I am a huge fan of long-line tunic style tops that seem to have a graceful flow about their cut and design. I am in love with this long black tunic with a belted middle and high slits on both sides. Its simple elegance means it works well with both skinny jeans and flared trousers.
Here, I have paired it with bright floral culottes and a red clutch for an unabashed embrace of colour. I have added ombre heels and a bold cuff to convey confidence and a love of style. This is the kind of outfit that I would consider wearing from work to dinner – the top is also conducive to an expanding waistline as the evening progresses.
I hope you enjoy this look and have a great rest of the week. Thank you for visiting Isha’s Verdict.

I believe one can never have enough maxi dresses or enough tunics. This is a really chic look! Just wondering if one did not want to wear with culottes (as lovely as they are) what you would recommend.

I completely agree – one can never have too many maxi dresses or tunics! I have worn this tunic top with skinny jeans as well as wide-legged trousers and I think it looks great with those kind of trousers as well.
